Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quotesurance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Platform Status
Quotesurance is currently in active development. Features and availability may change without notice. The platform is provided as-is during this development phase.
Insurance Activity
All insurance quoting and binding activity facilitated through Quotesurance is conducted by Alpha Insurance Solutions, a licensed insurance agency. Quotesurance is a technology platform and does not itself act as an insurer or licensed carrier.
Intellectual Property
Quotesurance and the technology underlying the platform are the property of Insurtech Alpha. Certain features and processes are the subject of a pending U.S. patent application. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering of the platform's underlying technology is prohibited.
Use Restrictions
You agree to use Quotesurance only for lawful purposes and only to obtain legitimate insurance quotes. You may not attempt to circumvent platform security, misrepresent your information, or use the platform in ways that violate applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Insurtech Alpha and Quotesurance are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
